I know you have been in the wrong relationship(s) before you got to know God for yourself and were found by the right partner, but...
Mr. A is not Mr. B!
Stop the comparison. Stop judging the latter with the former.
Listen, the ideologies/mindsets you have sustained about the way you do your things with Mr. A which is now the right way for you does not make it right according to God's standard.
You won't ruin God's will for you by having the same expectations, right?
Drop those wrong ideologies today!
Stop using your past to judge the present.
Stop making the right man suffer for all the regrets and pains you brought over.
Listen Ma,
Now that you know God; You must have understood your union is a Kingdom relationship, God is interested. So, he gave you a partner that will hold your hands and teach you his ways (Check the previous post on; BEYOND THE PHYSICAL!).
For the bad habits you have formed and sustained as being right that you always got away with, please know this today;
- with the right man, you are coming for training. You are coming to be made!
The process might not look favorable at first but trust me, with God, through that man, you will BECOME the right standard God can show the world.
Read carefully; A God-given partner is not a random guy!
You need the Holy Spirit to learn accurately how to live with such a man.
You need the wisdom to live your new life...
Stop bringing your past into the present, it will ruin that great marriage(future) in no time.
You see ehn, the marriage itself is a Ministry(Work), you cannot afford to be slowed down by those behaviors, you need to keep BEHOLDING!
I know those behaviors are a big part of you but they can be fixed. Behold, all things are new...
Ma,
• Be intentional about getting better once those errors are pointed out.
• Trust the man God has given you.
• Love and embrace the process.
• Above all, seek God's help always.
A wise man once told me; "You can either live your past or leave your past".
Shalom!
Kindly repost till it gets to that sister that needs to see this...
